This beautiful queen-sized heirloom quality quilt is the traditional Double Wedding Ring design. It's perfect for a wedding or anniversary gift. It features 100 percent cotton fabrics in blue and tan prints, making it reminiscent of sea blue waters and warm golden sands of the seacoast. A luxurious creamy white cotton sateen is used for the reverse side and the background of the interlaced rings. The accomplished expert quilter recorded over 100 hours of hand-stitching to complete the traditional quilting and hand binding, using 'stitch-in-the-ditch' hand-quilting to define the rings. Each ring has a hand-quilted intertwined heart motif, and decorative hand-quilted hearts and circular shapes abound in the open spaces and border. The binding is also hand-stitched on the reverse. The polyester batting makes it light weight and easy care. This quilt was made in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
